What is shared here is intentional and reflects the parts of my history and education that inform the work, without reducing lived experience to narrative or credentials to performance. This page exists to provide context, not disclosure.

My path has not been linear. It has been shaped by lived complexity, prolonged observation, and a sustained commitment to understanding how people adapt, endure, and make meaning. Much of what I create now emerged from paying attention to behaviors and patterns over time, bother internal and relational.

What is not included here is just as important as what is.
