I am noticing how easy it is to overreact, overindulge, or try to escape discomfort. The work today is not resolution, but containment. Slowing down and not feeding reactive energy is key. Clarity comes from restraint rather than action.

Avoid decisions made from irritation or confusion.
Let emotions move without acting on them.

Stay private.
Contain energy.
Hold steady under pressure.
Choose steadiness over escape.
