I am noticing the importance of discipline. Reaction may feel justified, but not every impulse serves the larger picture.

  • Delay important decisions.

  • Channel frustration into physical movement.

  • Prioritize long-term effort over immediate release.

Daily bearings:

  • Let discomfort pass without escalating it.

  • Choose objectivity over suspicion.

  • Let patience override impulse.

I let strong emotions run through me without leading me.
