Day 80: Rooted or Not

Today felt lighter. Not because everything was perfectly structured or fully productive… but because I could feel things settling in a different way. I got outside for a bit, worked in the garden, pulled some weeds, and started noticing the small things coming back. Sprouts from what I planted last year, bits of green pushing through, things taking shape again without me having to force it.

That’s the part I enjoy the most. Seeing what comes back on its own. Seeing what actually took root. Standing there, listening to music, feeling the sun, watching it all come up… it hit me how much that applies to everything else I’ve been experiencing lately. Not just in my life… but in people…

Quiet Part Day 80: People who are secure don’t need to make others feel small. Confidence shows in how someone carries themselves, and the lack of it shows in how they treat others.
