Today felt like a mix of structure and overwhelm. I’ve been focusing more on my routines, trying to organize my days in a way that actually supports what I’m building… especially with my internship coming up. That alone has been bringing up a lot of anxiety. Not in a bad way, just in a “this matters” kind of way. So, I’ve been working through it…

Quiet Part Day 78: Not everyone is meant to meet you where you are, and not everyone wants to. Some people only go as far as they need to. Some of us don’t know how to stop there. I have finally made peace with that.
