Today felt like a kind of cleansing. I spent some time quietly going through my one of my old private social media pages and removed hundreds of followers. People from the past, old connections, familiar names that once meant something but no longer hold relevance in the life I’m building now. By the time I was finished, nearly five hundred accounts were gone. And strangely enough, it didn’t feel like loss. It felt like relief…

Quiet Part Day 68: Clarity removes more than confusion. It removes people who were only comfortable with the version of you that stayed small. The more honest I become with myself, the less room there is for what was never real.
